  Located on the corner of Rue de la Roquette and Bastille Square, it is  just steps away from the Marais

and around the corner from Apartment 1.

Enter through the double oak doors to a quiet haven, leaving the activity and all the street noise

of the square behind. The apartment overlooks the internal courtyard and is sunny, bright

and extremely quiet, even with the windows open.  

 The surrounding area boasts many cafes, restaurants and food shops,as well as the

Bastille Market (around the corner) and a supermarket (200m).

The Marais and Place des Vosges are within a 5 min walk and it's an easy walk to

Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter,St. Michel,  the Pompidou Centre and Hotel de Ville.

Bastille Metro (line 1, 5 and 8 ) is 20 metres away.  

Easy access from CDG airport by RER train to Gare du Nord then  line 5  direct to the

                               Bastille Metro stop. Around 45 mins  from the airport to the apartment.                                

THE APARTMENT at Place de la Bastille       

The apartment is approximately 40 sq metres and was renovated in 2008. It is in a typically Parisian late 1800’s building, with traditional oak flooring and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people.

There is  digital code access from the street into the courtyard and it is on the fourth floor with an elevator.

(The bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and there is a separate toilet off the hallway)

It has gas central heating as well as individual electric wall panels in each room and the

windows are double glazed.

The apartment is equipped with crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, saucepans, kitchen utensils

coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, stereo/dvd player, unlimited internet, laptop, cable TV, printer

BEDROOM:- Queen size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers

BATHROOM:- Shower, basin.   Separate Toilet off the hallway

KITCHEN:- Microwave/grill/convection oven, fridge,

                       electric hotplates, washing machine/dryer

LIVINGROOM:- Sofa converts to a double bed, dining table for 4,

                             LCD TV,  stereo/dvd , laptop.
